Before your Face Wax

  • Notify your wax specialist if you use Retinol, Retin-A, AHA, or glycolic products

  • Notify your waxer if you are using any skin thinning products or medications

Before your Brazilian Wax

Bikini Line, Brazilian

  • DO NOT shave before your appointment. The hair must be the length of a grain of rice or 1/4 inch in order to be wax properly.

  • It is ok to have a bush of hair. If the hair is super long and thick, we can safely trim if needed.

  • Exfoliate prior to your appointment. This allows the hair to release easier when the wax is applied and pulled which results in a minimization of the pain.

  • Don't take ibuprofen.  Ibuprofen tends to thin the blood. Utilize alternative pain relief. (i.e. cool compress post appointment)

  • Shower or clean the area prior to your appointment
